Being a teenager is hard, without a doubt. And when teens go without the right tools to keep their mental health in check, bad habits or toxic relationships tend to unfold throughout their lives. This course is about providing teens with skills for living healthier mental lives. We will learn about de-stressing, self-reflection through journaling, how to increase self love and awareness, emotional regulation, mindfulness with mind wandering and meditation and finally healthy relationships. We hope that teens walk away from this course with a better understanding or awareness of their mental health and how to feel capable of making the right changes for themselves.
