CE Tours provides educational and group travel programs designed to enrich students’ learning through hands-on exploration and cultural immersion. Participation in any CE Tours program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Participants must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent, guardian, or authorized school representative. Group leaders and school staff are responsible for ensuring that all students meet eligibility requirements.
+ Registration: A completed registration form and deposit are required to reserve a spot.
+ Payment Schedule: Payment deadlines and installment options will be outlined during registration.
+ Late Payments: CE Tours reserves the right to apply late fees or cancel a reservation if payment deadlines are not met.
+ Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once registration and payment are processed.
+ Participant Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds vary depending on the date of cancellation relative to the trip’s departure date and the program’s specific policies.
+ Company Cancellations: CE Tours may cancel or modify a tour due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, public health issues, insufficient enrollment). Participants will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund, when applicable.
+ Non-Refundable Items: Deposits, processing fees, and certain prepaid vendor costs may not be refundable.
+ Identification: Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, or identification as required.
+ Health & Safety: Travelers must comply with safety guidelines and health requirements established by CE Tours and local authorities.
+ Conduct: All participants must behave respectfully and follow trip rules and leader instructions. CE Tours reserves the right to send home any traveler whose actions are disruptive or unsafe, at their own expense.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering trip interruption, medical emergencies, and personal belongings is strongly recommended and may be required for certain programs. CE Tours is not responsible for losses due to lack of insurance coverage.
CE Tours acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and other independent suppliers. We are not responsible for:
+ Acts or omissions of these third parties.
+ Delays, cancellations, or changes in schedules.
+ Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from events beyond our control.
By participating, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to release CE Tours from liability for loss or injury, except where prohibited by law or in cases of proven negligence.
+ Assumption of Risk: Participants (and their parents or guardians, for minors) understand that travel involves certain risks, including transportation, weather, and exposure to unfamiliar environments. By joining a CE Tours program, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
+ Medical Consent: Parents or guardians authorize CE Tours representatives and group leaders to obtain necessary medical treatment in the event of illness or emergency when the parent/guardian cannot be reached.
+ Code of Conduct: Participants agree to behave respectfully, follow all local laws, and adhere to group rules. Prohibited conduct includes the use of alcohol, drugs, or any behavior that endangers others. Failure to comply may result in immediate dismissal from the tour without refund.
+ Supervision: Teachers, chaperones, and CE Tours staff may set and enforce rules designed for the safety and well-being of all participants.
All website content, including images, text, and branding, is the property of CE Tours and protected by copyright. Users may not copy or distribute content without permission. While we strive for accuracy, CE Tours is not responsible for typographical or informational errors on the site.
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our website and registration process is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect personal data.
